Rosie

As a teacher newly relocated to Ocean City, I was fortunate enough to discover sitting4paws just as a new school year was beginning. Since then my 4 year old Golden Retriever, Rosie, has enjoyed a daily mid-day walk always followed by hugs and treats. Peaches keeps me informed of Rosie's daily outtings via a small notebook kept on the counter. Special requests for pick-up from the vet, groomer or for extended weekend services are cheefully accommodated. Sitting4paws genuinely care about meeting the needs of families and their pets.

Peaches and her Chihuahua Lily keep company with Teddy and Princess who are Peaches' "lil Bumblebees". They are like family to the Lukens' who enjoy their sweet dispositions and expressive faces when they come to board with them




Royce

Royce is a big Golden with a heart of gold to match. He loves his vanilla yogurt for breakfast and a nice stroll around the neighborhood where he greets all his dog friends with wags and woofs.

IZZY

Izzy was a boarding guest of the Lukens' and reminds them alot of their little Lily...only a
few pounds heavier.
Izzy is one of the friendliest dogs you'll meet and is most content curled up in someones lap. But let her loose and wow, is she fast!!

Sunday afternoon nap for Peaches, Princess, Izzy, Lily (tucked under Izzy's tail), Theo (tucked under Peaches' tail) and Teddy all enjoy a cuddle and a few zzzzz's 

SELENA

At 110 pounds Selena seems a little threatening but couldn't be more of a pussy cat. Sweet and affectionate, she is happiest when with her owner and cat- buddy McGuiness.

KERMIT

Kermit is one of my
favorite clients. A rescued Greyhound from the tracks of Florida, he is awesome to walk and just be with.
He is a true couch potato and is usually lounging on the couch with all four paws in the air when I come in. Mellow and sweet as pie he ain't no froggie!



BUDDY, BELLE &
CHAUNCEY

These three are the best! Easy going and lovable...a treat to walk and care for. They live in the woods in the winter but love the beach like their owners come summertime...and good game of catch too.

OSCAR

Oscar is a beauty and very vocal. He loves  "bird tv" (watching the birds at his owners birdfeeder) and looking for treats in his "mystery box".

Kelly

I am not sure what I would do without Peaches and sitting4paws. I first started using their services about a year ago when I would visit friends in Pennsylvania for the weekend. Kathy, the founder, came highly recommended from three different people in Ocean City. Once I found a new job and started working some crazy hours, I was introduced to Peaches-who takes Kelly for a walk while I am at work. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that Peaches is taking care of my girl. We couldn't have better house guests than Tedster and Priny...no fuss, no muss for a whole 2 weeks!!
 My husband won over Priny's aversion to men and Teddy won over all our hearts....my sweet "lil Bumblebees".

Minky & Casper



Minky, Casper, Bubba, Odie, Poppy and Roxy enjoyed having sitting4paws visit every day while we were away. They told us all about it when we got home and all of them were happy as can be with the wonderful service they received.

DARMA

Darma's velvety ears are the softest things ever and she loves to sing when you come in the door. Darma loves to cuddle with those who love her and schnooze on the couch.



KATIE

K-K-Katie with the big brown eyes and funny little wiggle. Katie always wants to take her bowl or toy or bone on walks with her, but alas they all must stay home. But as soon as she's home she loves to carry her bowl about the house, wiggling  from room to room.

In April of 2009, Peaches and I mutually decided to transfer ownership of sitting4paws from my hands into hers. Creating and building this business was like watching a child grow. Thanks to the support of so many great clients (human and furry) and the addition of Peaches as a full-time employee, sitting4paws has helped care for 100 Ocean City pets in the short span of just one year. From the day she started, Peaches proved to be dependable and compassionate towards all pets under our care. If you are considering sitting4paws for the first time or are a returning summer client, be assured Peaches will care for your pets like she would her own. I happily will remain with the company on an "as needed basis".

Hi my name is Tiny and I am a 4 year old Fox Terrier. I wanted to let everyone know how much I love when Peaches comes to my house to take me for a walk. Sometimes my mom and dad get so busy with their job and can't be home for my afternoon walk. Peaches is so nice to me and don't tell anyone, but she takes me for longer walks than my dad does. At first I was scared of someone else taking me out, but Peaches made me feel safe and loved. If any of you parents are thinking about hiring Peaches for your special pet, all I can say is you can't find a better friend for your loved one. Our family is truly blessed to have found her.

  Doris, Bronson & Rafe 
Doris is a great grandmom
to her visiting grand-dogs Bronson and Rafe. 
Bronson thinks he's a Rotweiler like most Chihuahua's and Rafe loves jumping on toads on our evening walks

 Hank

Mr. Mellow. Hank is suave and yet full of expression. We have great talks about life on our evening walks.
His favorite thing is to bark at the Ocean City trolley as it passes by his summer home many times a day.

 Charlie

"Charles" as he is formerly called, lives a country life in Pennsylvania, but when at the shore he loves his city walks along the streets of Ocean City.
He savors every smell, lingering long and enjoying all the scents of those dogs who have walked the streets before him.

 Moogie

Moogie is a regular guest at Peaches' home. He hails from washington, DC and fits right in with the Lukens' pack. Moogie is known for the longest and most beautiful eyelashes you've ever seen and they match his sweet disposition.

Bogart

My only parrot client presently, Bogart takes center stage every time I visit and care for him. His favorite food are his mixed cooked veggies that he likes hot right out of the oven!

 

 THE THREE MUSKETTERS

 I get three times the love when I take care of these sweethearts. Ollie the snuggle-bug cuddles up whenever the opportunity arises.

OCEAN 5 KITTIES

Rosie, Milan, Baby Cat, Zamu and Midnight

I have yet to see Rosie, my elusive friend who lives under her owners bed. But the other four are out and about with the newest addition Milan keeping everyone on their toes and laughing. These kitties live with sun seeking surfers but you won't find them hanging ten any time soon.
